原(yuan)燃油系統油耗(hao)大(da)的原(yuan)因分(fen)析
(1)由于重油槍(qiang)實際上燃用的(de)是輕(qing)油,原設計的(de)3級點火就變(bian)成了高能點火器一(yi)輕油(you)一(yi)輕油(you)一(yi)煤(mei)粉,顯然多了一(yi)道環(huan)節,增加了點(dian)火(huo)難度。
(2)點火困難(nan):原輕(qing)(qing)油(you)系(xi)統和點火風系(xi)統的油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)、火檢、高能點火器(qi)(qi)、油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)金(jin)屬(shu)軟(ruan)(ruan)管、點火風金(jin)屬(shu)軟(ruan)(ruan)管、閥門(men)、儀(yi)表、噴火喇叭(ba)口(kou)等部件損壞1/3以上;輕(qing)(qing)油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)設計出力只(zhi)有95kg爪,油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)出口(kou)孔徑小(xiao),油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)經常堵塞;點火器(qi)(qi)與輕(qing)(qing)油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)均是固(gu)定式,輕(qing)(qing)油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)著(zhu)火后點火器(qi)(qi)頭部處于(yu)油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)火焰中(zhong),致使點火器(qi)(qi)燒壞較多上述原因增加(jia)了點火難(nan)度,使每次點著(zhu)AA層4只(zhi)重油(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)需2h甚至更長時間(jian)。
改(gai)(gai)進(jin)方案三級(ji)點(dian)火(huo)改(gai)(gai)為(wei)二級(ji)點(dian)火(huo):由(you)(you)于(yu)重(zhong)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)燃(ran)用(yong)(yong)的(de)實際上是輕油(you)(you),可(ke)采用(yong)(yong)高(gao)(gao)能(neng)(neng)點(dian)火(huo)器(qi)直(zhi)接點(dian)燃(ran)的(de)方式,原(yuan)輕油(you)(you)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)隔絕不用(yong)(yong),避免(mian)了點(dian)火(huo)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)點(dian)火(huo)困難的(de)麻煩(fan)。該(gai)高(gao)(gao)能(neng)(neng)點(dian)火(huo)器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)伸縮(suo)式,由(you)(you)壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣(qi)驅動(dong)(dong),打火(huo)前伸人,打火(huo)305后退出,減少了高(gao)(gao)能(neng)(neng)點(dian)火(huo)器(qi)的(de)故(gu)障率。改(gai)(gai)進(jin)后的(de)二級(ji)點(dian)火(huo)為(wei):高(gao)(gao)能(neng)(neng)點(dian)火(huo)器(qi)一輕油(you)(you)一煤(mei)粉。油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)由(you)(you)蒸汽霧化(hua)(hua)改(gai)(gai)為(wei)機械(xie)霧化(hua)(hua):將(jiang)AA層(ceng)、BC層(ceng)兩層(ceng)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)改(gai)(gai)為(wei)機械(xie)霧化(hua)(hua),割除原(yuan)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)蒸汽霧化(hua)(hua)管路(lu),由(you)(you)于(yu)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)停運(yun)后,油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)內殘油(you)(you)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)烘烤下容易碳化(hua)(hua)結渣,堵塞油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)霧化(hua)(hua)頭,故(gu)爾在(zai)改(gai)(gai)造中保留了油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)吹掃管路(lu),以便(bian)在(zai)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)停運(yun)后吹掃殘油(you)(you)。制粉系統(tong)(tong)(tong)投(tou)運(yun)后,燃(ran)油(you)(you)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)改(gai)(gai)進(jin)示意圖由(you)(you)于(yu)乏氣(qi)帶(dai)粉,燃(ran)料量加(jia)大,視情況(kuang)將(jiang)BC層(ceng)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)逐步退出;投(tou)粉后,將(jiang)AA層(ceng)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)霧化(hua)(hua)頭更換使(shi)(shi)單只(zhi)油(you)(you)槍(qiang)(qiang)出力為(wei)0.7咖,這樣(yang)既能(neng)(neng)保證穩定燃(ran)燒的(de)需要,又能(neng)(neng)盡可(ke)能(neng)(neng)早(zao)(zao)制粉,早(zao)(zao)投(tou)粉,可(ke)使(shi)(shi)機組啟動(dong)(dong)按(an)曲線進(jin)行(xing)。
(1)油(you)槍的出力只要能(neng)滿足機(ji)組(zu)啟(qi)動和穩(wen)燃需(xu)要即可,不(bu)能(neng)太大(da)。因為機(ji)組(zu)啟(qi)動及穩(wen)燃所需(xu)要的油(you)槍出力不(bu)一樣,故油(you)槍出力應(ying)可調,這(zhe)一點在設(she)備選(xuan)型上(shang)應(ying)予重視。
(2)燃油(you)系統設(she)計及點火方(fang)式應力求簡(jian)捷,系統復(fu)雜會導致啟(qi)動過程延(yan)長,設(she)備故障多,維(wei)護量(liang)大。
(3)機(ji)組啟動前應早做準備,及時消缺。
