一、檢驗氖泡
將氖(nai)泡(pao)串(chuan)連一只0.001μF的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)或10MΩ的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)(若不容(rong)(rong)易購到(dao),能(neng)用(yong)2MΩ的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)串(chuan)連得到(dao))后,與高能(neng)點火(huo)(huo)器(qi)(qi)或壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)打火(huo)(huo)機心(xin)的(de)(de)髙(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸出端相接,隨后接入(ru)高能(neng)點火(huo)(huo)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源或撳動(dong)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)打火(huo)(huo)機心(xin),在這里另外觀查氖(nai)泡(pao)是不是發亮。假如氖(nai)泡(pao)傳出橙紅色閃亮,表明氖(nai)泡(pao)完好無損,不然為漏汽毀壞(huai)(huai)。串(chuan)連電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)是為了(le)更好地避免 單脈(mo)沖(chong)髙(gao)(gao)壓(ya)毀壞(huai)(huai)氖(nai)泡(pao)。在使用(yong)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)打火(huo)(huo)機心(xin)檢驗氖(nai)泡(pao)時,也并(bing)不串(chuan)連電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)。由于脈(mo)沖(chong)髙(gao)(gao)壓(ya)動(dong)能(neng)并(bing)不大,功效時間又非常短,尚不至(zhi)于毀壞(huai)(huai)氖(nai)泡(pao)。
二、檢驗閃亮燈(deng)管
高能點火器廠家將高能點火器或壓電打火機心髙壓輸出的正負極端各自和閃亮燈管的陽陰極相接。接入高能點火器的開關電源或撳動壓電打火機心,兩方面間需有電孤繞過。不然為燈管漏汽。有的燈管雖然有電孤繞過,卻不容易閃耀,那就是衰退了。高能點火器廠家可按以下方式測量燈管衰退的水平。

起(qi)(qi)閃(shan)(shan)電壓是(shi)燈(deng)(deng)管(guan)在釋放開(kai)啟髙(gao)壓下產生閃(shan)(shan)亮需要的最少工作電壓,它和燈(deng)(deng)管(guan)的新(xin)老水平相關。一般新(xin)燈(deng)(deng)管(guan)的起(qi)(qi)閃(shan)(shan)電壓在160V上下。伴隨著應(ying)用頻次(ci)的提升(sheng),起(qi)(qi)閃(shan)(shan)電壓慢慢上升(sheng)。當(dang)上升(sheng)到300V上下時(shi),拍照閃(shan)(shan)光燈(deng)(deng)會發生有時(shi)候(hou)(hou)閃(shan)(shan)有時(shi)候(hou)(hou)不閃(shan)(shan)的狀況(kuang)。而(er)做起(qi)(qi)閃(shan)(shan)電壓超出330V時(shi)就不可以開(kai)啟閃(shan)(shan)耀(yao)。這時(shi)候(hou)(hou)就判斷為燈(deng)(deng)管(guan)衰退毀壞了。
